Your Responsibilities

We're committed to making your hunt successful. Here's what you need to know to plan ahead.

We're happy to transport you from Coldfoot to your drop camp, but you're responsible for getting to and from Coldfoot.

Important: Arrive the day before and depart the day after your scheduled hunt to ensure plenty of time for harvest handling.

We recommend you reserve a space at Coldfoot Camp in Coldfoot, Alaska for the night before and after your scheduled hunt.

  • Arrive at least a day early (Sept 14th)
  • Depart at least 2 days after hunt ends (Sept 27th) from Fairbanks for trophy delivery and game sealing

We cannot and will not acquire licenses for you.

All items must be acquired before arriving in Coldfoot. Purchase licenses, harvest tags, and fishing licenses online via Alaska Department of Fish & Game

Note: Locking tags can be picked up in Fairbanks or mailed (mailing takes several weeks)

We cannot and will not sell food or drink.

You are responsible for bringing all food and beverages for your hunt.
