Pricing

• Residents: $3,500 per person
• Non-Residents: $4,000 per person
• Observer/Non-Hunting: $3,000 per person
• Military & First Responder Discount: 20% off transport fees

We require a $2000 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due July 1st of the year of your hunt. There is a 3.5% transaction fee charged by Square for Credit Card Processing that will be added to each payment.

Included Services

• Day 1: Transportation of hunter and gear from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska to the boat launch on Dalton Highway (near Mile Marker 366)
• Day 1: Airboat transport of hunter and gear to the drop camp location
• Day 8: Airboat transport of hunter, gear and harvest(s) from the drop camp location to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska
• Shipping: We will assist you at Alaska Air Cargo in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska to ensure your trophy is shipped appropriately.
• Storage: We will store hard hunting weapon cases, totes, and additional coolers at the boat launch

Gear Limits

Personal Gear: 75 lbs

Camp Equipment: 100 lbs per groups

Coolers: 1 - 130qt cooler per group

Weapons, fishing equipment, and coolers are not included in gear weight.

We're committed to making your hunt a success and the first step down that road is making sure you have all the information you need to succeed. Below is information necessary for planning a successful hunt.

Transportation

We're happy to transport you from Prudhoe Bay to your drop camp, but you're responsible for getting to and from Prudhoe Bay. You should arrive the day before and depart the day after your scheduled hunt to ensure there are no issues and that you have plenty of time to deal with your harvest.

Accommodations

We recommend you reserve a room at Brooks Camp in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska for the night before and the night after your scheduled hunt.

It is also possible to camp at the boat launch if Brooks Camp isn't an option. In that case, we're more than happy to transport you from Prudhoe Bay to the boat launch the day before your hunt.

Camp Setup

We cannot and will not assist the setup of your drop camp.

We're currently working on a recommended list of drop camp gear and are looking into rental partners. Check back later this year for more information.

Gear

We cannot and will not rent you gear. We are happy to recommend places to rent and specific gear to you, however.

Licenses

We cannot and will not acquire a license for you.

These items must be acquired prior to your arrival in Prudhoe Bay. Hunting Licenses, Harvest Tags, and Fishing Licences can all be purchased and printed from your computer via ADFG

We require hunters to present the following items on the day of their scheduled hunt.

Food/Drink

We cannot and will not sell food or drink. If you want alcohol you will need to bring it in as no alcohol is sold in Prudhoe Bay.

Harvest Processing/Taxidermy

We cannot and will not assist with the processing or packaging of your harvest.

We ship via Alaska Air Cargo so any taxidermists will need to be able to pick up from there.
