Wildfree Adventures is understands that unforeseen circumstances can occur that may affect your hunt with us. These circumstances may require the modification or cancellation of your hunt with us. We are committed to helping our customers be successful and will work with them to ensure that, in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, money is not lost and the trip can be rebooked at another date if possible.
The following lists are organized in a descending fashion such that the first matching option is the rule that will be applied.
1. Reschedule Request
- Less than 1 month - We will work with each client/party to reallocate 25% their deposit to a new scheduled hunt date agreed upon by the hunting party and WildFree Adventures, LLC. Pricing is subject to change and each client will be invoiced the outstanding amount necessary to bring their deposit up to the necessary deposit amount to lock in the new date.
- Less than 1 year - We will work with each client/party to reallocate 75% their deposit to a new scheduled hunt date agreed upon by the hunting party and WildFree Adventures, LLC. Pricing is subject to change and each client will be invoiced the outstanding amount necessary to bring their deposit up to the necessary deposit amount to lock in the new date.
- More than 1 year - We will work with each client/party to reallocate 100% of their deposit to a new scheduled hunt date agreed upon by the hunting party and WildFree Adventures, LLC. Pricing will remain the same.
2. Cancellations
- After August 1st - We will NOT refund the original deposit or any final invoices already paid. Final invoices will also NOT be cancelled should they continue to be unpaid.
- After July 1st - We will NOT refund the original deposit. All final invoices will be cancelled or refunded.
- Prior to July 1st - We will not refund the original deposit. All final invoices will be cancelled or refunded.
For parties, if one (or more than one but not all) hunter needs to cancel, that hunter may choose to have someone replace them on the hunt. Please contact WildFree Adventures, LLC. with the replacements information and we will be happy to update hunt with their information and transfer 100% of the deposit to the new hunter. WildFree Adventures, LLC will not refund the original deposit so it will be between the original hunter and the replacement to work out any compensation for the original deposit.
